Donald R. Seferovich – President and CEO
Mr. Seferovich joined NoiseFree in mid-2007 in a business consulting role. He assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and board director in December of 2007. Since that time under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Seferovich the company has accomplished four key goals: planning and closing the company’s first equity round of financing, positioning the company and its products at industry leading telecommunication providers for the enterprise, attracting top notch business development management, and restructuring NoiseFree for entering the company’s business and revenue phase of operation.
Mr. Seferovich brings over 30 years of communications industry experience and success to NoiseFree. Senior management positions help by Mr. Seferovich include SVP Operations, EVP Business Development, VP Marketing, and VP Sales and Service. Mr. Seferovich has worked with 3Com/Synernetics, Inc., Xylan/Alcatel Corp., Sourcecom Corp., Digital Telephone Systems, Rolm Corporation, CXC Corp., and Hello Direct Inc. In a number of these company’s Mr. Seferovich was fundamentally involved in their capitalization as well as their marketing and revenue successes. During his career Mr. Seferovich has earned numerous awards and distinctions in promoting and marketing high quality, high performance voice and data communication products and services to the enterprise.
Alon Konchitsky – CTO and VP Engineering
Mr. Konchitsky is the founder of the company and is now heading the Technology, Innovation and R&D at Noise Free. Prior to this position, he served as President and CEO. Alon held management and technical positions at private and publicly traded companies such as Nokia (Nasdaq: NOK) and INTEL-DSPC (Nasdaq: INTC-DSPC). He also held research position affiliated with Stanford University at the Electrical Engineering department in the space of Discrete Time RF Processing and Microwave. His products, like the DSP baseband processor, as well as the DRF, are currently in world leading smart phones and networks. Mr. Konchitsky also worked at IP Valuations (Goldman Sachs), where he managed M&A activities, due diligence, negotiations, patent valuations and patent litigation. Throughout his career he has served the 3GPP WCDMA worldwide committee, consulted to financial institutes, VCs and private equity funds. He is holding 29 granted and applied patents. Alon received his undergrad in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Masters of Management focused in Business Administration and doctoral in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, BOU and University of California.
Richard Murdock – Vice President, Finance
Mr. Murdock has been assisting NoiseFree since mid 2007 with their financial and administrative functions. After a successful career as a CFO in a variety of startups, Mr. Murdock joined The Brenner Group in 1995 and was made a partner in 1997. In 2000 he left to establish his own interim CFO consulting practice. Over a consulting career spanning 15 years, Mr. Murdock has consulted to more than 65 startups across a wide range of industries including: software, hardware, medical billing, internet and consumer products. In addition to the traditional accounting service, Mr. Murdock also provides assistance in financial planning and forecasting, financing from both angel and VC investors, cash management, contracts negotiation, capital structure design and management along with presentations to investors, Boards of Directors and bankers. In addition to his experience, Mr. Murdock also brings a network of outside professionals in such disciplines as tax, insurance, benefits, banking, real estate and legal – including both corporate and IP law to assist him and his startup clients.
Mr. Murdock is a California Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and received his BA and MBA from Stanford University.
Kevin Fitzgerald – Vice President, Business Development
Kevin Fitzgerald heads up our Business Development activities and is instrumental in developing the sales approach for our noise management products aimed at the cellular, Bluetooth and VoIP device markets. Mr. Fitzgerald has over 25 years of sales experience in enterprise computing, test and measurement (protocol analyzers/oscilloscopes) as well as high-availability environments for enterprises. Mr. Fitzgerald has worked at companies such as Unisys, HAL Computer Systems and Computer Access Technology Corp (CATC)/LeCroy. He holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
John Grass – Vice President, Sw Engineering
John brings 20 years of telecommunications and networking experience to Noise Free Wireless. Prior to joining Noise Free Wireless, John was responsible for the development at N.E.T. of an advanced Voice-over-IP (VoIP) gateway used in unified communications applications by enterprises, long-distance networks by carriers, and secure telephone applications by federal agencies. Before N.E.T., John was a development manager at Nortel, where he led a highly talented design team that developed features for the DMS-100 telephone switch. In addition, John was a research assistant at INRS-Telecommunications, performing research into advanced speech coding algorithms. John has a Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from McGill University located in Montreal, Canada.
Bill Ribble – Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Ribble has been a marketing professional in cellular technology since 1999 when he was VP RF Marketing at enVia and later a founder and Director of Marketing at RFco. Prior to 1999, he was a management and marketing consultant for such companies as Ernst and Young, MMI, Asyst Technology, and Fujitsu America. He has been the founder or CEO of a number of companies, several of which were sold to General Radio (GenRad) and Spectra Physics, among others. He has served as an officer in the US Navy where he was awarded three air medals as an aviator operating from aircraft carriers. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from the Krannert School.
