Donald R. Seferovich – President and CEO
Mr. Seferovich joined NoiseFree in mid-2007 in a business consulting role. He assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and board director in December of 2007. Since that time under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Seferovich the company has accomplished four key goals that were established with the NoiseFree BoD. These goals include: planning for and closing the company’s first equity round of financing, positioning the company and its products at industry leading telecommunication providers for the enterprise, attracting top notch business development and engineering management, and restructuring NoiseFree for entering the company’s business and revenue phase of operation.
Mr. Seferovich brings over 30 years of communications industry experience and success to NoiseFree. Senior management positions help by Mr. Seferovich include SVP Operations, EVP Business Development, VP Marketing, and VP Sales and Service. Mr. Seferovich has worked with 3Com/Synernetics, Inc., Xylan/Alcatel Corp., Sourcecom Corp., Digital Telephone Systems, Rolm Corporation, CXC Corp., and Hello Direct Inc. In a number of these company’s Mr. Seferovich was fundamentally involved in their capitalization as well as their marketing and revenue successes. During his career Mr. Seferovich has earned numerous awards and distinctions in promoting and marketing high quality, high performance voice and data communication products and services to the enterprise.
Alon Konchitsky – CTO and Founder
Prior to serving as NoiseFree’s CTO, Mr. Konchitsky served as Chairman, CEO and Vice President of Engineering since December 2005. Mr. Konchitsky has over 17 years of experience in wireless product development and management. Prior to Noise Free, Alon has held management and technical positions in leading companies as Nokia and Intel-DSPC. He also held research position affiliated with Stanford University, Graduate School of Electrical Engineering in the space of Discrete Time Processing RFic technologies. His baseband is in many cellular phones on the market today, including all RIM Blackberry phones. He was a member and later chairman of the 3GPP WCDMA committee and consulted to several financial institutes and private equity groups. He holds 19 patent applications and received BA in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, Masters of Management and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Bournemouth University and UC San Diego.
Kevin Fitzgerald – Vice President, Business Development
Kevin Fitzgerald heads up our Business Development activities and is instrumental in developing the sales approach for our noise management products aimed at the cellular, Bluetooth and VoIP device markets. Mr. Fitzgerald has over 25 years of sales experience in enterprise computing, test and measurement (protocol analyzers/oscilloscopes) as well as high-availability environments for enterprises. Mr. Fitzgerald has worked at companies such as Unisys, HAL Computer Systems and Computer Access Technology Corp (CATC)/LeCroy. He holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
Bill Ribble – Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Ribble has been a marketing professional in cellular technology since 1999 when he was VP RF Marketing at enVia and later a founder and Director of Marketing at RFco. Prior to 1999, he was a management and marketing consultant for such companies as Ernst and Young, MMI, Asyst Technology, and Fujitsu America. He has been the founder or CEO of a number of companies, several of which were sold to General Radio (GenRad) and Spectra Physics, among others. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from the Krannert School. He has served as an officer in the US Navy where he was awarded three air medals as an aviator operating from aircraft carriers.
Leonard Greenberg – VP Engineering
Mr. Greenberg has over 20 years of experience in software product development and management. Prior to Noise Free, he was Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pathlore Software Corporation, an enterprise software company focused on Human Capital and Learning Management Systems used by the Fortune 500, State and Local Governments, Financial and Health Care Institutions. Pathlore was sold to SumTotal Systems located in Mountain View, CA in late 2005. Mr. Greenberg ran the software organizations of other start-ups including Sigma Imaging Systems (sold to Unisys), Document Automation Corporation (sold to Wang) and Instinet (sold to Reuters). He holds a BS Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
