Uri Rahamim
Mr. Uri Rahamim has over 30 years experience in networking, communications and mobile technologies. He is an avid investor in high tech start ups. Some of his successful investments in High Tech start ups include Metacafe, Top Tier Software, DVDO and Pirus Networks. Mr. Rahamim held the position of VP and General Manager of Hitachi Internetworking Division. He founded the Internetworking Division within Hitachi and managed its worldwide business development, sales, marketing and product development from inception. Under his leadership Hitachi expanded its networking position in the Asia Pacific Rim, EMEA and North America regions beyond Hitachi’s established leadership position in Japan. Mr. Rahamim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, California.
Dr. Israel Beinglass
Dr. Beinglass has over 25 years of diversified experience in the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment industries in a variety of executive roles. He is currently an independent consultant to several semiconductor equipment companies and an angle investor working with several companies in the areas of new technologies, strategy, marketing and new applications. As an angle investor Dr. Beinglass is on the board of several start ups companies. Dr. Beinglass involved in numerous M&A activities where he plays a key role in identifying needs and follows through on the M&A process to completion. Dr. Beinglass’s tenure at Applied Materials from 1989 through 2006 and served in a variety of executive roles in the company. He served as the General Manager of the High Temperature Films Group (HTF), Managing Director and CTO for the Front End Equipment Group, and the CTO of Applied Materials global service Group. He has also served as the CMO of the CMP division and CTO for the Thin Films Group (TFG). Before joining Applied Materials, Dr. Beinglass worked at Intel Corporation and IMP in various positions, including process development manager and engineering manager of Fab operations. While working at Intel he was the co-inventor of the selective tungsten deposition. Dr. Beinglass holds a PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Materials Science and is the holder of 28 US patents with several pending.
Donald R. Seferovich
Mr. Seferovich joined NoiseFree in mid-2007 in a business consulting role. He assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and board director in December of 2007. Since that time under the guidance and leadership of Mr. Seferovich the company has accomplished four key goals that were established with the NoiseFree BoD. These goals include: planning for and closing the company’s first equity round of financing, positioning the company and its products at industry leading telecommunication providers for the enterprise, attracting top notch business development and engineering management, and restructuring NoiseFree for entering the company’s business and revenue phase of operation.
Mr. Seferovich brings over 30 years of communications industry experience and success to NoiseFree. Senior management positions help by Mr. Seferovich include SVP Operations, EVP Business Development, VP Marketing, and VP Sales and Service. Mr. Seferovich has worked with 3Com/Synernetics, Inc., Xylan/Alcatel Corp., Sourcecom Corp., Digital Telephone Systems, Rolm Corporation, CXC Corp., and Hello Direct Inc. In a number of these company’s Mr. Seferovich was fundamentally involved in their capitalization as well as their marketing and revenue successes. During his career Mr. Seferovich has earned numerous awards and distinctions in promoting and marketing high quality, high performance voice and data communication products and services to the enterprise.
Alon Konchitsky
Dr. Konchitsky is the Founder of Noise Free Wireless Inc. He heads up the Technology and Engineering . Prior to serving as the CTO, Mr. Konchitsky served as Chairman, CEO and President. Alon has 19 years of proven experience where he held senior management and technical positions at Nokia and Intel-DSPC. He also held research position affiliated with Stanford University, Department of Electrical Engineering in the space of Discrete Time RF Processing and Microwave. His products, like the DSP baseband processor, as well as the DRF, are currently driving all RIM Blackberry Bold smart phones and Nokia mobile phones. Alon also worked at IP valuations (Goldman Sachs), where he managed M&A activities, due diligence, negotiations, IP and patent litigation. Throughout his career he served the 3GPP WCDMA worldwide committee, consulted to financial institutes, VCs and private equity funds. He holds many granted patents plus several dozen pending. Alon received Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, Masters of Management and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Bournemouth University and UCSD..
