Greenberg Appointment as Vice President of Applications Software Engineering Accelerates Noise Free Product Roll-Outs
San Jose, Ca, August 1, 2007 — Noise Free, (Noise Free Wireless™, Inc.) a leading innovator and provider of enhanced voice-based communication solutions, announced today the appointment of Leonard Greenberg to its executive management team. Mr. Greenberg joins Noise Free as its new Vice President of Applications Software Engineering where he will provide key insight and solutions to help accelerate the company’s VoIP product launch and future product rollouts.

We feel very fortunate to have him on board at just the right time to complete development of our first product and begin deliveries to customers.”
Prior to joining Noise Free, Mr. Greenberg founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Pathlore Software Corporation. Greenberg and his partners began Pathlore with a management buy-out of a division of Computer Associates. In late 2005, Pathlore was sold to SumTotal Systems headquartered in Mountain View, CA. He has more than 20 years of experience in software product development and management and has worked with a number of start-ups including Sigma Imaging Systems (sold to Unisys), Document Automation Corporation (sold to Wang) and Instinet (sold to Reuters).
As Noise Free’s new Vice President of Applications Software Engineering, Mr. Greenberg will have the responsibility of productizing the company’s patent pending noise cancellation solutions.
Mr. Greenberg joins Noise Free’s executive team members Dr. Alon Konchitsky and Bill Ribble, Vice President of Marketing, and will assist in meeting the company’s aggressive schedule for new applications and product offering rollouts that will begin in August 2007.

Dr. Alon Konchitsky: President and CEO:
Dr. Konchitsky has more than 16 years of wireless industry experience and has held senior management and engineering positions for leading wireless-focused companies including Nokia and Intel-DSPC. His baseband chip design, (code named Hermon) is in many popular cellular phones on the market today, including several models of RIM’s Blackberry phones. Dr. Konchitsky has consulted on cellular and RF technology for Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Silverlake Partners, and KKR, among others. He was a member and a chairman for the 3GPP standards committee on WCDMA and has 17 US and international patent applications.
Bill Ribble: Vice President of Marketing:
Mr. Ribble has served in an executive capacity for wireless and cellular technology companies since 1999. Most recently Mr. Ribble was vice-president of RF Marketing at enVia and was founder and Director of Marketing at RFco. Prior to 1999, Mr. Ribble was founder and CEO of a number of companies, (several of which were acquired by General Radio, and Spectra Physics, among others). He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his MBA from the Krannert School. Mr. Ribble was an officer in the US Navy where he received three Air Medals and other awards while serving as an aircraft carrier-based aviator.
